All marked size values are Diameter x Height (measured as internal size of the cap, please see note below)
Note: All
sizes are measured as Internal Diameter (ID) of the cap in mm at the
deep end of the cap near its inside surface. This is equivalent to the
external diameter of the lens, including the lens housing (see the
photo illustration). Please allow a small difference in measurement (eg.
0.5-1mm). A rubber cap can normally fit a slightly bigger lens than the
specified size in the list (eg. +1mm to 2mm depending on the actual
size).
If
a cap is slightly bigger than the external diameter of the lens housing
and there is no matched cap size available for the lens, you may
consider putting an adhesive cloth tape around the internal rim of the
cap. This can often secure the cap on the lens.
These
lens caps are for binoculars, telescopes or monocular, but not for cameras. The
price is for one lens cap, not for a pair (some of these sizes are for telescope or monocular lenses). It provides a convenience to replace a lost lens cover.
